I have tried searching high and low but can't seem to find a definitive guide or answer. I don't have heat in my 2004 Toyota Land Cruiser and have isolated it down to either the temp sensor on the driver's side or blend door actuator stuck. I am leaning towards the blend door actuator being the culprit but can't seem to find the exact location and how to get to it. Is this going to require major dash surgery or is it fairly easy to get to? Any help in these cold winter months will help!
Thanks!

Hey @m074440 I'm having a similar no heat issue, and can hear the struggling blend door servo.

Trying to locate it and it sounds like it's a full dash removal to reach.

Did you happen to find any photos etc.. ? Or fix your own issue?

@needcruiserhelp My problem ended up being electrical in nature. I had a loose connector in the climate control module when replacing the head unit and another loose wire that had to be read out by a toyota specialist mechanic. Saved me a ton of money and time in replacing individual components. Not sure that helps you any but good luck!
