Blacked out 2017 200 (1 Viewer)

Came across this 200. Is this some sort of blacked out special edition? It's all matte black. Can't tell if it's just covered in vinyl or not. It's not my taste but it's different. And it's almost $100K!

I'm guessing it's a wrap since the door jambs are still clearcoated.

I've never been a fan of the matte color thing.

It appears this one started out life as black, but it was damaged when received by the dealer. It also looks like the dealer took the opportunity to repair the damages under warranty and have the warranty pay for the "custom" matte black treatment - and then upcharging for the customization:

If for no other reason, I'd steer clear of this dealer for ethical reasons.

Never been a fan of the matte look. Cars should be shiny! This looks like it has primer on it.

It's funny they're asking more than original for it considering I'd devalue it for the damage and then devalue it further for the wrap job. Never underestimate the stupidity of what some dealers do.
