The hood had been through its share of hail storms. We decided to do a trial run on the hood since we could take it off. The paint on the last pic is not the final paint. We had some spare paint. It turn out nice though.

We took the hatch and tailgate off and worked out some issues where apparently someone tried to use a crow bar instead of a key

Really nice to see the roof complete. It was the roughest body damage on the rig.

Found a used roof rack from a mud member. I set it on top just to see how it looked. Got it in the booth now and have blasted the hardware.

I think I've enjoyed media blasting the most. It still amazes me the before and after difference of nearly anything blasted.

Nice work! Love the color

ANY UPDATES??? I need a my fix of some black and tan!

Hey, a black and tan is also a mix of Guinness Stout and and Harp lager. Because beer.

When you go to Ireland, order a 'half and half,' as black and tan's are made with Bass English ale. Half and half is Guinness and Harp or Smithwick's.

The name Black and Tan comes from the uniform colors of the Royal Irish Constabulary Reserve Force, an English police force that committed untold atrocities upon the Irish in the early 20th century. They were not beloved of the Irish.

'Course, if you're in England where the black and tan version originated, bang on.

Mesel' I'll have a good Welsh Reverend James. . .
