If it is just the rear tail lights - which includes the license lights and side markers where applicable, then you should check the harness at the left rear corner of the vehicle.
If trailer wiring has been installed, check that first. Trailer wiring is typically done very poorly using scotch locks (the worst car wiring invention to date) that damage the wires. Copper, steel and moisture are NOT compatible...

... and how about the rear wipier ? Is it work ?
Check in the passenger kick panel. Check for the connection that give the power for the rear end of the truck. Sometime, you can find oxydation in the connection.
