Do the alt. from a BJ60 have the regulators built in? Also, is the output (amps/voltage) of a BJ60 alt. different than the alt. for a 12 volt FJ60?

I don't want to abandon the FJ40 restoration, just changing the direction a bitSince I have most of the 12volt odds and ends, it's just a matter of getting the correct relays and such from a BJ60. If the only difference in the BJ60 alt. and the FJ60/40 alt. is the vac. pump then I'm guessing I'll be okay to use the BJ60 alt. without frying my 12 electrics from my FJ40. I was thinking, maybe I could combine my FJ40's alt. with the BJ42's alt. to get what I need for a system running two 12 volt batteries in parallel. I don't think it's worth the trouble though. Probably better off finding a BJ60 alt. Will higher amps associated with running two 12volt batteries in parallel be an issue for my FJ40 electronics/wiring?
