BJ42 no start just clicking...... 1981 3.4 B Diesel

After using throughout the day (60km) the vehicle wouldn't restart after stopping briefly (engine at temp) turned over slowly on trying to start again but not enough to fire after a few more try's it just started clicking,

1st Battery 12.5v RHS to starter motor
2nd Battery 11.5v LHS

Both batteries are new, glow plugs don't look like they've been replaced recently, before this the truck after initial glow plug warm for 5 seconds fired instantly

Clicking at the starter relay the cause of a low 2nd battery, tbh I recently changed the the barley connection to new and measure the Volts then at 11.5v and the truck fired up and could be driven

I have the original radio I believe that can cause problems Ive read

At this point in time ( 11.5v) battery on charge

Inspect the earth cables, engine block to frame and RH battery to frame.

Thanks, and again for the replies on our threads, still not heard from panel guy, just want to be 100% sure the FJ40 panels fit BJ42, I know its just the engine difference petrol / diesel

They are 100% same.
