Hi all,
Can anyone help with diagnosing an electrical problem. My right side headlight and right side tail light are out, but the bulbs are fine. It's on a 24 volt BJ42. It even seeems to have a hot wire to the headlight ... judging by the spark I got when I grounded the wire.

Follow up the wire from the rear tail light, till you find the issue, after looking to the bulb holder...etc.

For your headlight, read these threads, and you will show two hot leads on one side (one neutral, one other pin to cancel it out):
