Powdercoated. Some pitting and an area between spot welds (pictured) that rusted through on one side but still structurally OK. Condition is probably 8 out of 10.

I clicked on this just because the BJ42 has a couple of fixed nuts for the hand brake cable. HJ47 the hand is on the transfer case does have the fixed nuts. $75 is a good price. Back in June 2016 when the seller last posted in this thread that was a fair price. FYI seller hasn't been on mud since October 2016.
