My BJ42 sat a while and as it did became harder to keep running. Prime as I may, new fuel filter on, no fuel getting through. I took off hose at engine end and tank end and able to blow through fuel. (can still taste the diesel). The separator, mid way back looks old but bypassing did not fix the problem of no fuel even when prime pumping til blue in the face. I do not know if fuel tank can blow both ways, I did not try taking cap off but could not blow into the fuel tank via line. Could I have a blocked uptake tube in tank or is it all about the front end and I need to bleed something else? I'm thinking that this is an obvious thing for someone other than me . LOL Cheers.
