I just did a search for all forum posts since the beginning of time at ih8mud with the words BJ40 Owner's Manual in the title. There is not a single post.

Was there ever a specific BJ40 Owner's Manual, or did they just get the FJ40 Owner's Manual and Toyota called it a day?

If there was a specific BJ40 manual, is it for sale or download anywhere?
