BJ and FJ starter motor similarities?

Cleaning out the shed and ebaying heaps of parts, i've got a near new FJ73 - 3F starter motor, is it the same or similar even if parts are interchangeable with a BJ74 13BT starter motor? If not its gone and I will hunt down a 3b/13BT unit.

Generally,the diesel starters have 2-3 times the cranking power of a petrol starter.

Try a truck wrecker and see if the 14B and 15B starters from the Dyna will work

2H is twice the size of the 3F. H , 2H are the same and I think 3B maybe the same also, it is a long time since I have seen a 3B motor. Will dig up a pic of 2H starter for you.
