BJ-4x primer?

Hey mudders,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good, consolidated list of the BJ-4x series, Canadian, cruisers? For the most part, my interest has been sparked in the BJ-42 specifically. I have seen lots of other numbers around, 40, 41, 44, 43, 45?

Anyway, I've found much info throughout the boards, but was wondering if anyone knew of a consolidated list for available years, LHD vs RHD, engine types, available options etc. Compiling the info on my own has been rather daunting
