I want to pull and check the Newfields. If they are bad i will order new ones and put it back together till the new ones arrive.
I rebuit it 30,000 mi ago just over a year ago.
What seals can I get away with using over?

I recently tore my front apart and didn't have any new seals. Concencious was they would be fine. However I didn't remove the shaft. I'd say a couple new oil seals and you should be good. There was one seal missing actually and I just cut one out of a sheet of matterial I bought at the local NAPA dealer.

You will not need to remove the knuckles so you won't need wipers. The large seal ring on the outside will probably be OK. If you do not disturb the inner wheel bearings, those seals will probably be OK too. Wheel bearings should be done about every 30k in my opinion so that would require wheel bearing seals (90311-62001 x2) I would replace the inner seals and the paper gaskets on the spindles.

Now to dig into my parts bin and see if I have the parts

I'll bet you another $10,000 that if you would use those seals and O-rings when you install a new part instead of throwing them in the pile, that you wouldn't have near as many leaks in the future.
