What are those of you running biodiesel using for fuel hose. I bought some Gates hose from Stickboy that was supposedly rated for biodiesel, but it isn't holding up. What have you found that works? Any suggestions for a source for Viton hose?

Thanks.

Really it is not holding up? I have honestly not ever had an issue with biodiesel easting through anything. I never replaced my fuel lines, I run regular carburetted lines in my FJ55 and the OEM mercedes lines in the Benz.. ..from 1983..

Andre:

Yep--it's cooking the lines. It might be because I run a fairly high methanol ratio (22-25% by volume), and it's racing grade fuel. Some of the lines with the worst wear run directly over the valve cover, so I'm sure they get pretty warm. Whatever the case may be, I've got to change the lines soon.
