I'm looking at the website and all the pictures for the 5150 shocks look like they won't work on the front of an FJ60. Am I missing something or do I have to upgrade to the ford towers in order to run these? :hmm:

? Go by measurements not pictures. Download there PDF file has all the lengths and valving on there. Stock or lifted?

I am going by the measurements to find ones I would want. But they all look like they have the eyelets or whever for the top mount. That's what I'm concerned with. And she's stock...for now

you need to buy a conversion mount for the top of the shock. they are all eyed tops so they won't fit on the stock threaded mount. just google these shock conversions as I can't remember exactly who sells them but I saw a few when I looked. Im going to do it in the future.

Get the Ford shock mount. You'll have more shock travel and you'll be able to use these shocks. The ride quality will be better too.

Yep. I have 5150's on my rig - stock mounts, added the posts, easy-peasy.
