Any of you fellas ever pulled off using Monroe gas shocks, or Bilstein 4600 mono shocks with OME 2860 rear & 2851 front springs? If so what are your thoughts?
I would also be adding 30mm spacers to the front to avoid the rear stinkbug. My current suspension setup is on the fritz, I think it's time to replace it. I only use my 80 as a DD 2-3 days a week, that's why I'm looking at a softer shock.

I don't think the Monroes would be up to the task. I tried them briefly on my 62, which is stock height. I use the Fox shocks which I have really liked. Got them from Down South Motorsports. Mine is a DD and I haul a pop-up with it. I have put 30k miles on the Fox shocks with no issues.
