what did you do to the head? just standard grind or oversize/mill done?

Head was shaved .040. Used toyota valve stem seals. Checked all the spring rates.

Crank polished and balanced.

Hi Marshall,
What does .040 do to the compression? Also, the local machinist here in Santa Fe won't balance my crank because he said there is no benefit as Toyota cranks are almost perfectly balanced from the factory. Is this bollocks?

stock valves and basic grind? what about the guides? I'm continuing research for the next head...thank you for your help. looks friggin great on your end. should have my fj62 exhaust manifolds today and start mock up on my 2f. thanx for confirmation on the mounting;)

I see it has the bent for the big distributor. How does that benefit the 2f?
