I was going back and forth about what new tires to put on my LX. Michelin or BFG. I decided I wanted a more robust tire this go-around and went for the BFG.

Next was what size do I go with. “Stock? Bigger or smaller?”. I decided on the 265/75/16. I wasn’t a fan of the bigger 285, and the 275 was really expensive in comparison.

pic is taken in low AHC, I am about to wash it.

Out the door I paid just under $800.

Looking good! I used to see a silver 100 around town with 265/75/16 KO2's and they suited the truck well.

I like the diameter of the 285 (33"), but I wish there was a narrower option (for 16" wheels) without going all the way down to 255.
