thats what i was wondering about did they really come with square headlights .or do you mean the bandeirante is an abomination?

I'd still like to see how the Brazilians hooked-up that 5cyl Mercedes diesel to the rest of the Toyota (or Toyota-"inspired") drivetrain. That's an interesting swap option that might prove to be the best diesel swap value for the buck, especially if the Brazilian factory parts are available.
