This user posted a RTT for sale. I signed a purchase agreement, and sent funds via bank wire. Seller at first said he didn't receive the funds. Then I provided proof of funds to him, and he said he would ship next day (Friday). Then seller had some issue at work and didn't ship. Then seller was "travelling" for a week and could not be reached. Now seller is not responding at all. Beware of this person.

Tough there. I've never been burned that way, but tend to stay away from wiring money unless it's a huge amount to a reputable company.

There's PayPal as a better option in future.

The purchase agreement sounds like a red flag to me. I’ve never been asked to do this in all my forum/Craigslist dealings.
