There are spaghetti westerns earlier in the thread, I posted some of them.
The Wicker Man creeped me out as a young teenager in the 70s, seeing it a second time 30 years later creeped me out even more.
It doesn't have an iconic scene, it has dozens of them and each one as bizarre as the other.
If you get to watch it, bypass the 2015 Nicholas Cage version and watch the 1973 British version with Britt Ekland(nude sometimes) Christopher Lee(his finest movie according to him) and Edward Woodward
