Bed Bow Rack for HJ45 fabricated. (1 Viewer)

Just had a bed bow rack fabricated. Should be strong enough as a roll bar and to carry accessories with a Molle board. Entire rack needs powder coating and can be easily removed.
Tell me your thoughts.

How much weight is that? Wondering if you’ll need any spring rate/leaf adjustment?

About 150-200 lbs. No sagging.

Rack looks superb.

May ask Trollhole who he uses for PC. Had a friend in my area get a metal tech cage welded and coated (black) for $400 which i thought was good. Youll have to see who has an oven that big. Id imagine youd get quotes from $250-500 depending on color and schedule.

Unique coatings in high point NC has done several items for me and are usually $100/bumper unless its rusty and scratched and needs extra prep attention.
