what;s a beaver winch? Somebody has a 2 speed 800/12000 lb one for sale locally. google turned up nothing but a couple of rovers who have them mounted.

I sold one on a local BB... It looked like a 1200lb winch but it had no markings other than Beaver Winch. It was WAAAAAAAAY to big for a FJ40 mount IMHO, looked like it was initially a PTO winch with a starter motor added...

Well you see there are good beaver girls and bad beaver girls. When the bad beaver girls start hanging out in bars and dating strange beavers from out of town we call them ......... wait winches not wenches.

i have that same one on my FJ40. I love it, the two speed is super fast.(pull out the nose for high) i owned a warn 9000 good also but the beaver looks like it belongs on the 40. but mine is much cleaner.
