Has anyone used a bead roller to form the floor stiffening ribs in FJ40 floor pans, wheel wells, and rear tub floor sections? I'm not a sheetmetal person, but I do like to make my own stuff whenever possible for the cruiser. I'm sort of planning ahead for some cruiser sheet metal work I need to do, and I was trying to think how I could make the floors. I'm not looking for an exact replica, but something close.

I was thinking of something like the dies on the site above might work, maybe the 3/4" bead die. Any sheet metal gurus out there that have some advice? Yes I know I can buy the floors from various sources, but what fun is that?

Thanks a lot
