I figured this would be the best place to ask... what is the cheapest way for me to come up with a set of beadlocks for my 40 in 15x10? I don't want to spend too much because A. I'm kinda broke and B. I plan on going to full width one tons which will need bigger 8 lug wheels. TIA.

DIY Beadlocks. I think they are $200 plus shipping (75 to roanoke) and you do the welding.

This. Contact Ruffstuff, Dan is the man!

If that is per tire Stauns may also be an option. They are internal beadlocks that you can install yourself with no welding. You will need to able to break the outside bead at a minimum, easier if you unmount the tire.

If you are kinda broke, why would you set your self up to buy things twice? Bead locks are hardly mandatory, put together a CO2 tank instead in the case that you loose a bead and run a little extra air. Your yota axle will thank you for the reduced rotational weight. One man's opinion.

Stauns are also a good option as they can be transfered to the next rims, if you plan to run the exact same size. Or you could get 8 lug beadlock wheels and use adapter spacers, but, I'm pretty sure those guys are pretty spendy.

Stauns are a neat option but that $200 is for a set of 4 beadlocks..

I can't find the locks on his site, but give Dan a ring and see if he still makes them.

Thanks for the leads/advice. I figure I can sell them when I'm ready to switch. My Boggers at 8 PSI still don't soften up enough, I'm scared to go lower without them.
