BC company 80 modified OEM rear bumper?

Apparently there is a guy somewhere in the lower mainland (BC) who modifies the stock 80 series bumper into a beefier unit..
Has anyone know anything about this?

I'm told that this guy takes the center metal part which is part of the frame on our 80s and works around it...

thats what jason from cruisinoffroad.com did. its a prototype design, first 80 rear he did. he's working on a new one now though. might want to check out his ROTW, it shows pics of his rear bumper...
