Advanced Auto. There's a store in every town. Great prices and warranties.
I needed a battery for my track bike while at NJMP. Went to AA and grabbed an Auto-Craft lithium at half what anyone else will sell a lithium for.
Still going strong since 2015. I've used their lead acid and AGM's with great success.

We stopped selling Interstate at our shop, too many batteries failing prematurely.

Thank you!!!!! Will find the closest one to me.

Don't install it there. Just in case, take it home and throw it on a slow charge overnight. A fully charged battery install will last a lot longer
Nice tip for the day. Never thought of that one.

Is the stock battery from Toyota dealer with 84-month warranty still one of the best options?
It's the Truestart 27F (0054427F60710) I believe.

Batteries from a dealer are always preferred, we almost always do so for customer cars. However, speaking from experience warranty claims on them can become a problem and dealer parts departments can be a bit more particular about it.
When I worked at Porsche we had very specific guidelines regarding batteries. It became a hassle at times.

I do like an Advanced Auto due to the fact that there are store locations nearly anywhere which is great for those that like to adventure. I've had batteries crap out on me while out and have found an Advanced to get me going again. Since the counter sales aren't on commission they're a lot easier to get along with when processing an exchange.

Just go to Walmart. They are everywhere and warranties are easy to take care of as long as you keep your receipt.

Buy EverStart Maxx battery from Walmart. Make sure it is made by S.C Johnson Controls in WI, who is the leader in the world for making auto batteries. I use this brand on all my vehicles and at 5 years, it still starts like new. But, just to be on the safe side, I replace every 5 years.

I've been using 24F battery size (meant for 4runners Taco's) for past 7 years and no issues what so ever. If you have a winch and fridge that runs when the engine is off overnight, then stick to the stock size.

I recently made notes on battery quality from somewhere and they are on a post it at my desk.
The Interstate issues stated above not withstanding, these are the recommendations I saw/heard (maybe it was from Project Farm on Youtube):
Acid - Interstate 810 CCA from Costco
Acid - Everstart 810 CCA from Walmart
Glass Matt - Diehard Advanced Gold available on Amazon

I am not affiliated with any of the above and still am running two blue top Optimas (one 35 and one 31) that are probably 11 years old. No idea how they have lasted so long.
