Ok so I am an idiot! After spending the last two days changing out my brake lines and hoses, on the last step air bleeding the last wheel the car died. I went to jump it and for about 90 seconds the car was hooked up backwards with the clamps connected correctly to a 2004 Sienna, but backwards to my 1998 Land Cruiser. I noticed immediately when the LC would turn over but not start and switched it back. Now when I try to jump the car no lights come on inside the car, the car turns over, starts, sputters, and dies. The only light in the car that illuminates is the red car/key security light. Otherwise the dash is dead. Is it time to call my insurance company? Will they even cover this?

Check fuses inside the cabin and under the hood. My guess is you may have blown a fuse. Other damage may have occurred but start there.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, already on it, ignition, throttle and diff fuses all blown, also the 120A fuse in the small fuse box right next to the positive battery connector.

yeah you will have to go slow and check every fuse. hopefully ECU isnt fried
