I took the tray for my 65 shortbed resto out of '64, so I'm assuming it's a 64 and older thing. Splangy would know, because he's been on the lookout for one as well. I ordered and received my NOS end-mount hold down in 1993. Haven't seen another one since.

I found the edge a bit uncomfortably close to my positive terminal and ground it back a bit, not unlike the original.
