My front drive shift slipped apart when I was removing it from the vehicle. Do I need to balance it?

And even worse I damaged the rear drive shaft while removing a u joint and am trying to find a replacement. Do I need to balance that?

The worse part is I spent at least an hour cleaning the crud off the damaged drive shaft.

find your local driveline shop. pay them to set the ubolts and balance the rear shaft. if the front just came apart, simply make sure to phase it correctly when reassembling...phasing is just a matter of lining up the yoke ears so they are inline with each other...
