Not legally. Mexico has become very possessive of their resources. Back in the mid 80's they did issue permits for collecting, but that has been shut down for some time. Many of the good plants are now on CITES so even more restricted. This includes the cirio and all cactus.

I've heard from a few folks that are having a problem opening the file. Plus, it's opening inside the browser when it's supposed to be a full screen show. So, if you are having any difficulty try this:

  • Point your browser to Index of bushrat.hdcruisers.org
  • Right click on the file bajamar2009.pdf
  • Save the file to your computer, but remember where it saved it.
  • Navigate to the file and open the PDF.
Most of the time the file opens inside your browser. This PDF is a full screen show and saving, then opening, takes the browser out of the picture.
