Could use some help on front brake hose for backing plate delete, have a set from Man A Fre but the hose hit the shocks. Was searching and came across a thread that had a set with banjo type bend on the end awhile back, but dumb little o me forgot to take note of where they were from, or the thread and cannot find it again.

This is the set up I want to change. ( pic stole from MUD )

Thank you for any help.

Did you ask man a fre?

seems a 90 coming out of the caliper would get the hose up and out of the way.

I recently deleted my backing plate and added ss lines. They do not hit the shocks. I wonder about the length of yours? I got mine from Marks offroad. Those are 4runner calipers in case you were wondering.

not only will zip-tying it in a loop keep it from hitting. But you'll be glad you left a longish hose on there whenever you need to remove the caliper for any reason. You will have room to move it around and hang it from the shock tower. I like these reusable wire twist ties to hang the brakes on the shock tower.
