HALF OFF EVERYTHING Make an offer
Picked up this engine hoping I could rebuild it, The crank, pistons and liners are no bueno, so everything else is up for grabs. I was told this was a running engine when it was pulled from a 1980 costa rican bj40, I believe it, but with that caveat, these are used parts.
I will update this thread as parts sell.
If my prices are too high, make me an offer.
Shipping can go ups or usps from 87114, or local pickup. You pay for the ride. I won't gouge you on shipping, but it takes time out of my day and packing materials aren't free. If someone wants to pick up everything, I'll make a smokin' deal.
B block and crank: Needs liners. Mains look good. Rod journals on crank damaged, already had .50 rod bearings. FREE-You pick up. I have a cherry picker to load it.
B cylinder head. Valves and springs there, condition unknown. All cups cracked. Intake not included. $100
Engine side mounts. SOLD
Gear set. Not perfect, but complete including idler. Crank gear has old hammer marks, I have more detailed pics if someone wants them. $150
Throttle body. $20
Injection pump. Not all of the numbers are readable. $150.
Powdercoated rocker cover. Nice, not perfect. $30
Fuel filter housing. Bead blasted, bare aluminum. $25
Timing cover. Both pieces, bead blasted bare aluminum. Oil pump case has slight burr, it catches a fingernail. $75
Side cover. Bead blasted, bare steel. $25
Oil pan, rough. It's been repaired a few times, doesn't look like it was leaking. $20
Waterpump, thermostat housing and oil cooler. Water pump looks recent, asco brand. Powdercoated t-stat outlet, clockable, outlet can go left or right. $60
