B/3b Engine Sleeves?

I have looked and searched but I can't find the answer is a B/3B engine sleeved? And is it a wet or dry sleeve?

the 3b is sleeved and i think the b is as well, i dont know what wet or dry means, here is a link to a replacement kit to see what they look like. :

Wet sleeves have o-rings to seal out the coolant around them, Dry sleeves are pressed into the block and don't touch the coolant.

then they would be dry.
