I am willing to spend up to $18k, but will consider anything from a few thousand. I am willing to put work into a less valuable one, the idea is to get a car that I can put the growing family into for the next 8 years and know that they are safe and sound! I also live in Phoenix and have a 1999 LX470 with less than 106k miles. I have been debating selling it. It is white with tan leather, sun roof and everything (besides the antenna, ha), works. Please let me know!
