I want to be able to run 110 as well as a 12v cooler in my rig. I have a stack of gear I've collected/bought over the years as well as an additional pair of big Ford diesel batteries. I also have some foldable solar panels just in case. The first battery is ready to be installed in a welded frame that fits a plastic battery box behind the passenger seat. None of the hardware or kits give me concise information to wire in the battery and isolator. I also have a second aux battery that I may install just in case. I would truly appreciate some advice on the wiring.

IMO and from my experience a dual batt set up thats isolated needs expensive ( $1,000) equip to work as intended. As far as 110V, run time depends on accessory , batt capacity, and recharge ability. I run the starlink on 110 ( 400W) and my dual batt set up ( tied together , no isolator ) with 130W of solar and a 42 qt Engel does well. I have been very happy with 2 batts wired together, a 30 dollar solar charge controler, & a Lensun semi-flexible panel. For example, I can camp and have starlink active, fridge running, use lights at night, run stereo and system will stay close to voltage with the solar, I think we ran 5 days last summer before starting engine. Thats with starlink getting turned off at night. Since I have put solar on top of 40 the batts are at voltage pretty much 24/7 and only come down after 2 or 3 days of camping using all the elec accessories.

Are you talking nominal 110V ( 400W) for misc accessories or like 2000w table saw 110V ?
FWIW I did a single batt set up on a 2000w inverter when I was contracting and it would run my table saw, sawzall, charge batts ect , I used it for section 1 item repair on houses that were selling and had no power. The Porter Cable sawzall killed the batt the fastest.
