From Toyota.

Partnumbers starting with 91651 will be bolts with split washer + regular washer.
Then the second part gives the spec of the bolt, for example 91651-40845 is a long 45mm M8 :
4 => strengh
08 => M8
45 => 45mm long

I also ordered 91651-40825 recently for a shorter length.
In M6 you can find 91651-40616 for a classical 16mm M6 but a lot of other sizes are available, play with the partnumbers on a seller thats sells by partnumber.

Just 2 examples from 1 seller in Europe, but different availability from Amayama or Toyotapartsdeal.

Need to resupply my hardware stash. Can anyone help me with the prefix for bolts with a split washer only? Also, prefix for flange bolts?

I can figure the rest out on my own. Thanks.

McMaster Carr has JIS, flanged hex head bolts. Not sure what the OP meant by "washer built in".

Fasteners with built in washers[edit]

A fastener with a built in washer is called a SEM or SEMS, short for pre-asSEMbled.[41][42] It could be fitted on either a tapered or non-tapered shank.

@flx thank you for this information. Which European website is this from? I really like their ability to search part numbers by wildcard or partial part number. I've never seen that anywhere before.

Not sure if they deliver outside Europe, would have to check with them.
Works like Amayama but in the European stock of Toyota (and has the same issue than Amayama on parts indicated on stock as long as no one tries to order them to discover they are NLA).

THANK YOU! What a fantastic website tool for typing in partial part numbers.

I do not need the shipping. I just use it to type in "91651-4****" and then look at the list. This is really helpful.
