Picked up a new 7' Autometer/LC transfer case speedometer cable today for $41. Took the guy about 15 min to make it. Nice heavy duty cable.

you give them old tire size, new tire size, gearing, etc, and they figure it out.

My local shop has a dynometer that they put the truck up on, and run it to various indicated readings, getting the ratio between indicated speed and actual speed.

They then build the ratio box.
