Hi All,

The rear passanger-side door doesn't lock/unlock when I use my factory remote or when I unlock/lock the doors using my driver door switch. Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks,

TT

IF the back doors do not unlock then you are using the wrong key. There are 2 keys one is a master and the other is a valet key. the valet key will only unlock the drivers door and start the car.

Not completely true.
The valet key will unlock the other doors too -- just turn twice in the key slot.
I don't think this is the problem though...

The valet key doesn't open the lock in the rear hatch nor does it work in the glove box.

Works on ignition and both doors though.

trouser_trout,

Just happened to my LX recently, simple its the module/ switch that didnt work you have to get new one from dealer and replace them.
In my case the rear hatch didnt lock/unlock when i press from the factory remote, so i stripped /pop the rear panel and replace the modul-switch, i dont know about the passenger side module $$$,
but the rear hatch cost about $197.00+plus tax but i got discount about $160 something.
Its the switchmodule that messed up.
