If I understand correctly, the front axle housing on the 80 needs to be clearanced in order to fit the ARB. Does anyone know if the Harrop has the same issue?

There is no clearancing needed for an ARB, beyond drilling/tapping a hole for the bulkhead fitting to pass through. Same with a Harrop, you need to drill a hole for the wires.

You might need to clearance a little on the axle housing if you're installing deeper gears, but that's not related to the presence of a locker or not.
