Auto FZJ80 to Manaul BJ80 (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

I've recently acquired a 1994 Auto FZJ80 and have a 15B-F I'll be intercooling and turboing along with a H55F to go into it.

I suspect this would be similar to a 1hdt swap with the 15B-F being completely manual only requiring a fuel cut off solenoid wired in.

I'm still in the research phase of this build but am certain this is what I want to do.

Can anyone suggest some similar threads to assist? What is done with the ECU in the 80 once the petrol is removed?

I'm sure I'll have a heap of other questions over time but these are the ones that arent that obvious to me at this stage.

so far ive learned I need to find 12mm fuel lines from a 1HDT, and a diesel tacho to use the pickup off the inj pump

You can chuck the gasser ECU and I found the hardest part of the swap was getting all the appropriate engine gauges to work. I also had two hacked up harnesses that I had to marry together so you might have an easier go of it.
