Does your significant other have a particulalry fat ass? This will do the trick...
From Specter Off Road's lisiting (they sell these for $315):
"FJ60 Series owners do you need to carry more people in the front seat? You can have 3 across with this 60 Series USED NON-USA front 2/3rd Passenger Seat. Remove your center console and right hand [driver's] bucket seat, and bolt this 2/3rd Passenger seat in stock position. Fits 8/80-8/87 FJ60/BJ60 Factory brown stripe upholstry. Very rare. UPSable."
I have no clue what this would cost to ship, but surely not cheap. For shipping, (unless you want to pick it up) you'll pay whatever your shipper charges, not a penny more, as I have no "handling fees".
Mine is in good condition (no seat tears), but needs a good, professional cleaning. On a 1-10 dirty scale, 10 being brand spanking new, 1 being permanently stained and unpresentable, mine is a 6-7. With a good cleaning, it could easily get to an 8-9. The seat back is already in 8 condition, but the seat bottom got some greasy hands, etc. on it and was never aggressively cleaned.
I was going to use it as a third row jump seat, but I'm not going that way. Instead, I am going to use a spare full rear seat, modified and turned backwards.
In case you are not familiar, early brown looks like this: Specter Off-Road Land Cruiser Parts - 118-601A-BSOR S-O-R 60 & 62 Series Bottom Seat Covers
Photos tonight.
Best offer takes it. I'll sell it to the highest bidder, and bidding will end this Sunday evening at 8pm, EST. Buy it now option @ $150. No games.
PM me if you want to bid or have any questions.
One question I know will come:
I am 99% sure it will bolt up directly to the spot where your (LHD) driver's seat sits (if you ditch your console). It should work to replace the (LHD) passenger seat, but I am not positive about that. I do have the middle seat belt for this as well.
Thanks.
