audi power seats question (1 Viewer)

I saw awhile back that someone had Audi 5000 seats in their 60 and I was wondering how they made the brackets. I managed to put a pair in my truck but they are about an inch to high and I need some advice.Thanks

Have 'em but haven't installed yet. Cut the slides out of a junker & plan on making adapters that bolt to the stock mounts so I keep the electric fore/aft adjustment from the Audi.

Did you use the FJ slides?

I used a flat piece of metal that goes from front to back so the rail is alot lower than the stock rail but the seat is still alot higher than the original seats. They are very comfortable and the power adjustments are nice but I need to figure out a way to get them lower because it feels like im in a high chair.I guess I will eventually get used to it if I have to but I'm hoping to figure out who else has them and how they made their mounting brackets.
