Hello All:

Tried the Search to no avail. Can anyone recommend a good wrench in Atlanta (in town) ? I have a 97 with 45K and want to keep my services up.

Yes, I know many of you are hardcore TLC mechanics and I should do the basics myself...even if I can manage some DIYs (oil, brakes), I don't have much free time these days.

Also...whose maintenance schedules should I follow? The one on Edmunds doesn't jibe with what the local dealer tells me.

Thanks in advance for any help.

As far as maintenance:

oil changes every 5k if you run sysnthetic, 3k on dino

Tuneup is at 60k

Front axle at 60k, dealer will argue this.

Check air cleaner at every oil change.

The list goes on but you're only at 45k
