Ok to reuse or should I order New ones. This is my first time doing a repack.

Looks like some scoring on a few of those rollers. Any scoring on the races?

How did it feel on the hub, was there any catching? If no catching, you can still run them

I didn't think to try to feel any catching before removing.

Pretty clear groove worn into the bottom of the races plus strong evidence of longtime bearing chatter on the claw washer plus scoring on the bearing rollers = Replace bearings, races, and hardware with new.

I appreciate the advise, going to call cruiser outfitters.

Should I replace the flange. Couple of the holes look like they've been beat on. Not completely round any more.

I have a set of bearings just like those on my desk. They're very handy for keeping things from flying around the office.

The holes in the drive flanges are less important than the splines, but if you can't get the cone washers to seat and toque the nuts to spec, you should replace them (both sides).
