Are there supposed to be washers between front stabilizer bar links and frame? (1 Viewer)

Was replacing my front stabilizer links, and noticed that there were washers on each side of the frame mount that the link goes through. This was odd, because the links on the truck seem to be original.
Factory parts diagrams, as well as FSM dont show any washers there. The new OEM links that i bought dont come with washers either.
I was pretty sure that the previous owner just decided to install washers there for some reason, but then i asked a buddy to take a look on his truck, and he also seems to have washers there on BOTH sides of the frame mount.
Can anyone confirm?

I will try and grab another picture today I just replaced mine and it appears there are washers.

Old links were fine. Nice and tight. I just have a bad habit of replacing everything that can possibly wear with new OEM parts.

Thanks! That's very weird. Why are these washers not part of the assembly on FSM/Parts diagrams? @OGBeno could you share your wisdom on this?
