Nearly every part is the same or similar enough. Some notable differences are interior/exterior trim pieces, upholstery, stereo components, grill, headlights, and front corner indicators.

Doesn’t sound like you’re changing this, but just in case. The grill and headlight trim are different on the LX450. I installed Depo headlight assemblies on my LX450 and had to buy a FJ80 grill.
