are 60 and 62 gears interchangable? Might be picking up a locker from a 62 for my... (1 Viewer)

Will an ARB in the back of a 62 go right into my 60? Are 3.70 and 4.10 interchangable as well (should I have searched first!!!!?)

you will need the same gear ratio front and rear or else 4wd will not be happy.

The thirds will transfer but like phishincruisin says, you need the same ratio front and back.

and i believe the driveshaft flange is different on the 60.just a matter of swaping them out

Or rotate it 90* and drill new holes.

I don't know when they changed the flange, but I didn't have any problems on my 85 when I swapped them out.
