Does anyone know whether the ARB Bar will fit a 74 with PTO Winch?

It does with a bit of modding. Or so i have been told> Ill dig up a picture of one fitted and you can see the modification made to the main cradle. But that is quite a nice bar you have there anyway, maybe just do something with the top tubing?

I need for sure stabilize the spot lights as they seem to vibrate quite a lot!

Hi Adolf!

I never saw a ARB Winch-Bumper with PTO-Winch

I think is NOT easy to install the PTO on the ARB bumper...

... is better build the bumper to the PTO :hillbilly: (more cheap)

Here's the pic I have of a modified ARB bar to suit the PTO winch. I have no further info.

LJ-70 with PTO winch... is not easy to install, you need change the radiator, etc etc etc

Thanks Mate!!!

Why you need to change the radiator??

Hoser, could you post more pics of how the Winch is fitted to the Bullbar!

To install the PTO-winch on the LJ-70...

The problem is that the radiator is too high, you need to change the radiator for a wider and less high

The PTO Shaft passes very near the radiator and the front crossbar of the chassis... (cut )

... is not impossible but not easy :hillbilly: :wrench:

AFAIK, the winch is mounted to a winch cradle, like OEM, and the bumper was just cut out to fit over the winch. Then, the owner fabricated the section of the bumper (rounded lower section).

Lulo, my 74 has the PTO winch already fitted. See above picture.

Thanks Hoser. Maybe I should stay with my setup and just re-design the top section, which is in any case just bolted on. Maybe another leg going to the chassis or the feet of the current legs longer, wider and thicker?

But that ARB Bar looks damn good! :hmm:

l just install an ARB bumper on a BJ74 with PTO couple months ago,you have to cut a section out of the lower section on bumper for the lower part of the winch(gearbox?),the winch will hangout about 3 inches, that's why you see the skidplate on the above pic,l may have some pics if you want.
