Arb roof rack mount question (1 Viewer)

Anyone know where to order the support channel that the fit kit is supposed to have? I tried fit kit arb3700050 with no luck. I am trying to not mess up my fresh gutter sealant.

ARB technical support I've found is super helpful sometimes. I would start with shooting them an email or call them and see if they have a supplier in your area.

Well apparently it comes with the rack, not the fit kit, and there is no part number for it to be ordered separately.

That is good to know. I've wondered if it was part of the feet where it connects to the gutter, or a separate piece that you attach. If its separate someone might have one laying around. I believe the XJ/Cherokee has the same strip, I've seen photos of it at least.

I got some .030" stainless steel at a scrap yard for a few bucks and cut 5" lengths and folded it over to do the same thing, although just a short section for each rack foot.

Ok good deal. I’ve been looking in McMaster
Carr for something, but custom is prolly the better route.
